Q: How many days does JetMyMoto need to transport my bike before my arrival?

We pick up your bike 5-7 days before your arrival to your destination. For other services like MotoGP following van, we usually take bikes on Mondays of the race week.

Q: Do I have to fly at the same time as my motorcycle?

Nope! You choose your bike’s travel window — it can arrive before you or just in time. We'll coordinate drop-off and pickup with your flight schedule

Q: Where can I drop off and pick up my bike?

At our partner hubs near major European airports. You’ll get precise drop-off instructions after booking. Concierge and parking support available at select locations.

Q: What cities or routes are available?

We currently operate routes between major cities like Berlin, Rome, Barcelona, Split, Nice, and more. EuroShuttle and MotoGP routes rotate — check the booking page or route map.

Q: What’s included in the price?

All transport costs, basic insurance, tracking updates, and a digital boarding pass. Optional services like concierge, luggage handling, and upgrades (e.g. supercars) can be added at checkout
